Please provide a copy of the following:

• Retail Business License
• State Tax License
• Federal Tax ID Number
• Store Name and Telephone Number
• Completed Terms, Condition and Agreement From, Credit Application

Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 11:00am sill be in most cases shipped out same day depending on the state.
For your convenience, we also offer multiple trucking lines to choose from.
